Our Facebook Application contains a Stats Dashboard for easy access to key data in an easy-to-digest format. We also provide drill-down capabilities to help you uncover valuable insights.

Community-Building Tools

Prospects and admits need to be able to see themselves at your school. Our Facebook Application helps them connect, not only with your admissions office, but more importantly with each other.

Yearbook

Using our unique Yearbook feature, both your prospective and admitted students can browse through other users in their cohort. They can also search within their cohort for people who are from their area or share an interest in a major or activity.

How popular is this feature? It's not uncommon for an Application user to click on the pictures of 50 people in the Yearbook. We've even had users who've clicked on 200 pictures in a single day.

Interactive Cohort Map

Want to highlight the geographic diversity of your prospective and admitted student pools? Our interactive cohort maps provide a fun and engaging way for App users to connect with people in their area or to meet others across the US and the world.

Permitted Users

Do you have current students that serve as ambassadors of sorts for your school? Our Permitted User feature allows you to give these current students access to the Application and all the walls and discussion boards. They can provide their perspective on campus life, student housing, and academics. However, they don't get access to any of the other admin features available.

Customized Experience for Prospects & Admits

Unlike with Facebook Pages and Groups, every user does not see the same thing in your Facebook Application. Content in the Application is customized for each user based on their admission status, expected enrollment date, and more.

Have an Admissions Open House just for Fall 2014 Prospective students? Then, only publicize it to this cohort. Have a scholarship just for admitted students from Chicago? No problem, post a User News item for users from Chicago.

A Range of Application Add-Ons

We've built a number of powerful add-ons that help you transform your Facebook Application into a rich, interactive experience. Incorporating dynamic content is a breeze for you and your team. Do you have a YouTube channel? Do you tweet? Do you blog? Do you post photos on Flickr? We can handle all of these. Our add-ons will automatically pull in updated content from these social media outlets right into your Facebook Application.

YouTube Channel or Playlist

We can pull in the most recently uploaded videos or a customized playlist. Your users can watch the videos right from within the Application. They can even share them with their friends on Facebook.

Interactive Maps

Easily create a map of campus or highlight the location of freshman dorms. We'll quickly incorporate these interactive maps to liven up your Facebook Application.

Drive users to your Facebook Application from your school's main Facebook page or from your own website. Encourage them to become part of your community by placing a sign-up form in a tab on your Facebook Page or anywhere on your website.

Whether it's travel or reading applications, your schedule can get extremely busy. That's why we've introduced the Scheduled Tasks feature, allowing you to schedule an update, e-mail, wall post and more to go live on a future date. You can stage a whole series of tasks when you have time in your busy schedule and ensure your community has fresh new content on a regular basis.
